The Gateway Building Finally Gets Its Anchor Tenant
New Centuary Bank Will Occupy 15,298 Sq. Ft. of Office Space

PHOENIXVILLE, PA, January 24, 2007- New Century Bank has agreed to terms to occupy 15,298 square feet over a 15-year
period at 100 French Creek Parkway in Phoenixville.
The property also known as The Gateway Building is a four-story, 33,350 square foot, Class A office building. Built in 2005, New Century Bank will occupy space on the first and second floors.
John Lieberman, one of the principals of Lieberman Earley & Co., represented the landlord, a private firm.
New Century Bank, which currently occupies space in three seperate properties, determined that it outgrew its previous spaces and had a need to expand. It anticipates in the near future to fully occupy the entire building as its operations steadily grow.
